Role & Responsibility岗位职责：（列出本职位的主要核心职责，并将用于评价该工作的绩效） 1、根据公司客户情况和公司拓展计划，参与新项目的评审，包括价格目标评估，供应商能力；（技术、质量、产能、成本控制等） 2、针对不同客户的产品质量及参数要求，根据公司开发流程准确发展供应商，并负责从试样、EB到批量供货过程中供应商的进度、过程控制，问题分析及改善能力，熟悉PPAP、PFMEA、DFMEA等控制手段； 3、根据项目节点，组织进行供应商询价、议价、商务谈判等工作； 4、供应商年度价格谈判，供应商合同签订及管理； 5、完成上级领导交办的其它工作。 Qualification任职资格：（列出岗位所需的知识、技能或能力） 1、本科及以上学历，机械、模具等相关专业 2、从事消费类家电、户外农机、商用电器等产品结构3年以上，有清洗机行业采购工作经验的优先。 3、熟悉供应商开发管理，对供应商的评估流程操作熟练； 4、具备良好的市场调研、分析能力和人际沟通能力； 5、对零部件材料、工艺、成本有一定认识； 6、服务意识强，工作认真仔细，有较强的商务谈判能力。All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.

Responsibilities

The procurement engineer is responsible for evaluating new project suppliers, managing the development process from sampling to mass production, and ensuring quality and cost targets are met. They also handle supplier negotiations, contract management, and ongoing process improvements using quality control tools.
