Role & Responsibility岗位职责：负责冲压、折弯、焊接、喷塑等钣金车间各项日常生产工作的全面管理，确保生产流程的顺畅进行‌ 督导各部门的日常生产活动，定期召开有关会议，发现问题、分析原因，采取有效措施，确保生产线正常运转协调与其他部门的工作衔接，确保生产流程的顺畅进行‌ 负责产品制造过程的生产成本控制和产品质量的在线制造和监督，确保安全生产‌ 通过有效的管理措施，降低生产成本，提高产品质量，确保生产安全‌ 定期组织人员对生产设备进行保养，确保设备的正常运行‌ Qualification任职资格：本科及以上学历，管理类或理工科类专业尤佳‌，英语口语佳，需要具备5年及以上的钣金车间或相关制造行业的管理经验‌，三年以上摩托车或农机行业工作经尤佳。熟悉钣金制造工艺流程，包括冲压、焊接等‌ 精通品管五大手册:PPAP, APQP,MSA,FMEA,SPC，并能运用质量改善手段，熟悉汽车行业质量管理体系，熟悉精益生产模式和生产成本控制‌。具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力和团队管理能力‌，能够全面负责钣金车间的运作安排、组织和管理工作‌ 具有较强的责任心、价值意识、市场意识和成本意识‌ 能够主动向公司高层汇报工作，反映问题，并提出整改意见和建议‌ All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
