Description Position Summary The Ambassador greets and receives patient and visitors to the facility. Responsible for maintaining a smooth check-in process for both patients and visitors, providing way-finding assistance to anyone entering the facility. This full-time position reports to the Revenue Cycle Director. Key Accountabilities Greets all patients, visitors, and vendors to the facility to create a friendly, helpful point of contact at the front doors. Monitors wait times prior to medical appointments to ensure schedules are being kept and met. Issue visitor badges to vendors with appropriate identification up entry to facility. Provide way-finding assistance as needed by patients, visitors, and/or vendors. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Part-Time position – 15 to 20 hours per week.
