Description

Toyota of Naperville is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Greeter/Customer Care Coordinator. This is a full-time, hourly Service job in the auto industry where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional customer service. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers. You will need to have open availability weekdays and 7a.m - 4 p.m. on Saturdays. As a full time employee you will receive a weekday and Sundays off.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

  • Greet all customers entering the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or salesperson
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression for customers
  • Schedule delivery for customers with in sales and/or service departments
  • Active delivery for customers with Service appointments
