Essential Functions: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains telecommunication by following manufacturer's instructions for operators console. Maintains the Smart System Up Board to ensure all sales consultants are correctly assigned to visitors/shoppers who enter the showroom. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Performs operator duties by answering inbound calls and directing them to the proper employee or department. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Closes showrooms with team assistance. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred. Telephone skills, and verbal communication. Microsoft Office skills, and Smart System knowledge. Listening, professionalism, and Customer focus. Organization, informing others, and handles pressure. Phone skills, and supply management. Light - Exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Responsibilities
