Job Title: Greeter/Retail Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua Status: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales) Summary of Job Responsibilities: * Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchases * Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlist * Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws * Support the FOH team with various tasks like folding napkins, bussing tables, maintaining dining and bathroom areas * Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines Summary of Qualifications: * You have some experience as a greeter or hostess in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment * You have some experience in retail or customer service * You are personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team player * You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday) Benefits & Perks: * Average hourly tips: $15-$25 (dependent on shift & sales) * Flexible scheduling * Free shift meals during training, then $5 shift meals thereafter * Employee discounts - 50% off food, 50% off 2 alcoholic drinks if eligible, and 33% off merchandise * PTO after 1 year * Medical/Vision/Dental insurance when working 20+ hours per week Interested?
