Strittmatter Wealth Group, a fast-growing financial planning and investment firm, is seeking a warm, personable, and detail-oriented Greeter / Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our firm. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset, ensuring every visitor feels valued and at ease from the moment they arrive.
This role is ideal for someone seeking to stay active in a professional setting. As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. The position is located in a formal business environment and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a stable, full-time capacity.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or equivalent in a professional setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Three (3) professional reference

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Manage visitor check-ins and appointments, ensuring seamless operations.
• Maintain an organized, professional front desk environment that aligns with company standards.
• Provide accurate information about Strittmatter Wealth Group and direct clients to appropriate staff members.
• Assist with administrative duties, including: data entry, scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room usage.
• Adhere to security protocols, ensuring all visitors are signed in and properly authorized to enter.
• Support general office operations and assist staff with basic tasks as needed.
