The Winery Restaurant is looking for part time greeters/hosts who are friendly, punctual, professional, have a positive attitude and a team player. You are the first and last impression and we want to show our guests that we love what we do! Our greeters/hosts make TIPS! Must be available to work weekends.
Duties and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any inquiries or requests
- Operate Open Table reservation system
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Assist with guest relations and ensure a positive dining experience
- Answer phone calls and handle reservations or takeout orders
- Provide general assistance to guests, such as helping with seating arrangements or providing directions
- Uphold hospitality standards and ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone calls effectively
- Familiarity with guest services in a food service or hospitality environment a plus+
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
