JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance and providing excellent support to colleagues and customers.
Knowles Fleet is one of the UK’s leading transport management service providers, helping hundreds of organisations up and down the country to successfully run their fleets. Our team of 65 work from our head office in Great Bentley near Colchester. There is a main line station nearby and on-site car parking.

  • Experience checking licences and/or insurance documents
  • A general knowledge or interest in cars and vehicles
Responsibilities
  • Providing advice and support to customers via phone and email
  • Checking driving licences, insurance documents, and DVLA records for compliance
  • Producing and maintaining accurate grey fleet reports
  • Entering and updating data within internal systems
  • Chasing document renewals and assisting applicants with online registration, mileage submissions, and expense queries
  • Maintaining accurate records to support audits and internal reporting
  • Assisting clients with mileage claims on our bespoke online system
  • Identifying variances between contracted and travelled mileage and providing quotations to drivers when needed
  • Handling general queries related to company car benefit-in-kind tax
  • Speaking with clients over the phone and assisting with various queries
  • Monitoring the department inbox and directing queries as required
  • Addressing customer payroll queries
