ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll be the ‘go to’ subject matter expert for all safety related matters across the Greyhound business. You’ll work closely with our geographically diverse teams to coach them on their journey of what good looks like in a positive safety culture, ensuring that we maintain great internal safety management processes and mitigate risks across our work and customer environment.
Hybrid working conditions with 2 days WFH.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with all Greyhound and Entrada Travel Group teams.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in safety policy, process and practice in action.
• Developing and executing strategies that align with our values, mitigate our risks and think of our people and customers
• Collaborating across teams to deliver tailored solutions that genuinely make a difference.
• Manage Greyhound Australia’s Workplace Rehabilitation and Return to Work
