Your mission Lead and manage the grid connection process for all Elawan’s projects in Germany. Assess grid connection options, considering technical, financial, and regulatory factors. Preparation and submission of grid connection applications. Management of several grid consultants, which will provide support during the whole grid connection process. Permanent contact with DNOs and other stakeholders to secure grid connection agreements. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Coordination with Planning and Management Team for the successful development of the projects. Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Build a strong relationship with relevant DNOs Additional role-related duties as required. Your profile Experience: 2 or more years of experience. Working experience in Renewables Industry would be valued. Required skills: Professional German Level Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience in grid connection management for demand and generation In-depth understanding of German grid connection processes, regulations, and standards. Expert knowledge of German Distribution and Transmission networks Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and drawings Why us?
