Our client is a rapidly growing international clean energy developer and investor, headquartered in the UK and specialising in Solar PV and BESS projects. Having developed over 1GW to date and with a growing pipeline of utility-scale projects, they are seeking a Grid Manager with an electrical engineering background to oversee the grid connection process for their large-scale renewable energy developments across the UK

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in grid connection for renewable energy projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK grid codes, G99 processes, and connection agreements.
  • Ability to manage relationships with National Grid, DNOs, and ICPs.

  • Liaise with National Grid, DNOs, ICPs, and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective grid connections.
