Job Description Griffith Health Clinics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reception Team Leader to support the daily operations of our Dental Clinic Reception. This role will provide essential administrative assistance and oversee a variety of responsibilities, from team management to process improvement, to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities for this role will include: Deliver general administrative support, including record management, information flow, and continuous improvement of administrative processes. Conduct research and project work, including data entry, and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and project applications. Manage databases and online systems, conduct procurement and financial transactions, and participate in user testing for new/upgraded University systems. Support committees and working parties by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Supervise administrative staff, including workflow management, training, and guidance on University systems. Handle patient bookings, records, and payments, ensuring compliance with University policies. Prepare reports on stock control and workflow, manage orders to ensure sufficient stock levels, and support clinical activities as needed. Lead staff induction, development, performance management, and foster a positive team culture. About you To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Completion of an associate diploma qualification and relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge, and experience. Well established organisational and administrative skills, including time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with staff, students, and external clients. A strong client focus, excellent presentation, and a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team environment. What we can offer This is a full-time, fixed term position until 27 April 2026, based primarily at Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-campus university, you may be required to work across multiple locations, including Warwick. Salary Range The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 6 range $91,843 - $97,964 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $107,456 - $114,618 per annum.
