Schedule: Weekdays + Weekends The Springs Resort is seeking a dedicated Grill Attendant to provide exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring that each meal meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will play a key part in creating a memorable dining experience by delivering delicious, perfectly cooked meals in a timely manner. Where you can make an impact: Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes, including meats, vegetables, and seafood, following established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized grill station, ensuring all cooking tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure all food is cooked to the proper levels for safety and quality. Assist with menu planning and the development of new grilled items that align with seasonal ingredients and guest preferences. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak times, maintaining a smooth workflow. Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness protocols in the kitchen. Support the preparation and presentation of dishes for special events, banquets, and other guest activities as required. Manage inventory levels of grilling supplies and ingredients, communicating any needs to management to ensure timely replenishment. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Culinary training or certification is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen, particularly in grilling or cooking, is preferred but not required. Knowledge/Skills: Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking methods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals. Ability to follow directions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift, move, and operate kitchen equipment (up to 50 lbs) and to stand for extended periods. Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
