Alfies is looking for confident grill chefs to join our fast expanding team creating high quality, fresh, unique burgers, fired chicken and other dishes in a very fast paced environment as well as assisting with general maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen. An eye to detail and similar cheffing experience is desired as well as being able to work well under pressure independently and part of a team and having a passion for good food, we look for a strong work ethic and attitude towards work. Duties include supporting the head chef with the running of the kitchen and ensuring all food is served to standard and spec.
