SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team in Fitzrovia. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional Persian dishes that align with our mission to set the standard for culinary excellence in London.

• Prepare and grill a variety of meats and vegetables to perfection.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices at all times.
• Assist in menu development by providing input on new dishes or improvements.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff as required.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for Persian cuisine is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
