• Prepare and cook grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate grills, broilers, and other kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and follows safety guidelines.
• Season and marinate food items for optimal taste and presentation.
• Monitor grill station inventory and restock ingredients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the grill station.
• Follow food safety and health regulations strictly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new grilled dishes.
• Minimize waste and ensure cost-efficient kitchen operations
• Skills:
• Expertise in grilling techniques and temperature control.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of seasoning and marination.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good teamwork and communication.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Experience:

• Grill Chef: 1 year (Preferred)
