QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.

  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as required.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked correctly and safely.
  • Help maintain inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
  • Clean and sanitise workstations, utensils, and equipment after use to uphold hygiene standards.
