JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled grill chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a grill chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a grill chef or similar role
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation
  • Previous restaurant experience is an advantage but not essential
  • A passion for cooking and serving delicious food to customers
