JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Grill Chef (Al Faham) who specializes in preparing and grilling marinated chicken over charcoal or grill. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Middle Eastern grilling techniques, especially Al Faham-style, and the ability to deliver consistent taste and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Grill Chef, specifically with Al Faham chicken.
• Good knowledge of Middle Eastern spices and marination techniques.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit to work in hot environments and handle grill equipment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
