Description As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled items, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to food safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering delicious and visually appealing dishes. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain grill equipment, ensuring proper temperature and cleanliness. Prepare and cook a variety of grilled menu items Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards Clean and maintain the grill area, including utensils, surfaces, and cooking equipment. Handle customer inquiries and special requests related to grill-cooked items. Assist in training new kitchen staff members on grill station procedures. Requirements Requirements: Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Available to work entire season Available to work 25-40 hours per week Reliable transportation Kitchen experience preferred but not required! Able to read English
