Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook various grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen area.
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
