We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about food, can work well under pressure, and enjoy leading others, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook burgers, sides, and other items on the grill with consistency and care
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Assist with food prep (e.g. chopping veggies, sauces, organizing stock)
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
  • Monitor inventory and report stock needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of grill cook or kitchen (burger/ fast food preferred)
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
  • Flexible with shifts (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred)
  • Must have valid Australian work rights
