REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner following food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Assist in meal preparation and presentation as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to management.
