We are looing for Grill Maker, who can prepare high-quality grilled food items in accordance with restaurant standards. The Grill Maker is responsible for grilling meats, vegetables, and other items on grills or griddles, ensuring perfect doneness, flavor, and presentation.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Set up and operate the grill station, including prepping ingredients and maintaining equipment.
• Grill meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items to correct temperature and doneness.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
• Ensure that all grilled items are properly seasoned, cooked, and presented.
• Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and tools in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with line cooks and kitchen staff to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Restock and rotate grill station ingredients as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a griller in restaurant
• Own visa holders preffered
