PAMPA BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE – WEST EDMONTON

Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse is seeking passionate and skilled Grill Cooks (Gauchos) to join our culinary team. As a Gaucho, you will play a central role in delivering our authentic Brazilian churrasco experience by preparing and serving a variety of meats directly to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous culinary or grill experience is preferred; training will be provided to the right candidates
• Strong knife skills and ability to safely handle carving tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering exceptional guest service
• Flexibility and full availability are mandatory

• Prepare, season, and cook meats over open-flame grills, following traditional Brazilian churrasco techniques
• Carve and serve meats tableside with precision and professionalism
• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure quality and consistency
• Work in collaboration with the kitchen and service teams to provide seamless guest experiences
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness standards
