Description Job Title: Grill Cook Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing entrees and hot appetizers, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation for our patrons. Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 /hour plus tips. We pay weekly! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Broil and grill food in quantities according to the menu and number of patrons to be served in a timely manner. - Maintain work area and cooking equipment in proper and sanitary order. - Prepare and plate food to order in accordance with approved recipes. - Cover, date, label, and store food items and ingredients during the scheduled shift. - Determine and establish the specified degree of doneness (i.e., rare, medium rare, etc.) for all cooked items. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
