SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill in the US. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing delicious grilled dishes that keep our guests coming back for more.

• Prepare and cook high-quality grilled items according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of grill supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Assist in menu planning and development as needed.
• Train new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and safety protocols.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with various grilling methods and equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
