Pollo Regio in Live Oak, TX, is seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Cook to join our team! Our Grill Cooks play a vital role in preparing and cooking our signature dishes to ensure our customers receive the highest quality meals. Key Responsibilities Grill items according to established recipes and cooking procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed Collaborate with team members to meet service goals Restock supplies and ingredients as needed Proven cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety guidelines and standards Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends Hourly Pay Rate up to $16 per hour.
