Position Overview: As a grill cook, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. From food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Monitor grill temperatures to ensure proper cooking and food safety standards. Season and marinate food items to enhance flavor and maintain consistency. Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all dishes. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station at all times. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Check food quality and freshness before cooking and serving. Restock ingredients and supplies at the grill station as needed. Properly label, date, and store food items. Safely operate and maintain grilling equipment and tools Benefits: Competitive pay. (Experience with Mediterranean food is a plus.) Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Bilingual (not required however, it is a huge plus.) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Responsibilities
The Grill Cook will ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen by monitoring grill temperatures for proper cooking and safety, seasoning food, and maintaining presentation and portion control. They must coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order completion while strictly adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
