Responsibilities
  • Grill Like a Pro: You’ll be grilling burgers, chicken, and other delicious menu items to perfection - ensuring they’re cooked exactly right.
  • Manage the Kitchen Flow: You’ll help keep everything running smoothly by staying on top of food portions, production levels, and adjusting as needed.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Kitchen: Cleanliness is key! From keeping the grill spotless to maintaining stock areas, you’ll make sure everything is safe and in top shape.
  • Receiving Deliveries & Stocking Up: When new deliveries arrive, you’ll help receive and organize ingredients and supplies, ensuring everything is stored properly and easy to access.
  • Supervise & Support the Team: Whether it’s helping new team members or offering feedback, you’ll keep the kitchen running efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Keep Equipment in Tip-Top Shape: You’ll take responsibility for equipment maintenance, ensuring everything from the fryers to the grills works smoothly.
  • Ensure Food Safety: From preventing cross-contamination to handling food safely, you’ll keep the kitchen compliant with all food safety guidelines
