Description

We are seeking an experienced Mix Grill Maker to prepare a variety of grilled dishes, including meat, poultry, and seafood. The candidate should have expertise in marination, grilling techniques, and maintaining authentic taste and quality while ensuring food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of grilled dishes (kebabs, tikkas, skewers, etc.) according to recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Marinate meats, poultry, and seafood with proper seasoning to ensure authentic taste.
  • Operate and maintain grills, skewers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure consistent portioning, plating, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Monitor food stock, check freshness, and assist in inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation during busy hours.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mix Grill Maker, Chef, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and marination processes.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern, Arabic, and Indian-style grills (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
