Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook grilled items according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station, including proper storage of food items and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe meal preparation.
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as required.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee that all dishes are cooked to perfection.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on grill techniques and food safety practices when necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies at the grill station and communicate needs to management.
