We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all food handling and safety standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with serving techniques and customer service principles is a plus.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to deliver consistent quality.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed.
