Description Grill Room Support · Greet members in the Grill Room and provide service · Support food and beverage by taking orders, delivering items, and processing payments · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas · Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service · Uphold all safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards Member Assistance & Club Services · Respond promptly to member questions and service requests · Assist members with locker access, guest registration, and general clubhouse navigation · Provide support for tournaments, leagues, and special club events · Maintain a strong knowledge of club offerings, amenities, and programming · Ensure member concerns are addressed quickly and professionally Qualifications · Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Professional appearance and demeanor · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · POS and computer proficiency · Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed · TIPS Certification Core Competencies · Member-first mindset · Attention to detail · Team-oriented attitude · Problem-solving ability · Positive and energetic approach Requirements · Ability to stand for extended periods · Ability to lift up to 30 pounds · Valid Driver's License · Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 years old in accordance with state liquor laws to serve alcohol
