Description Luther Village, a premier independent senior living community in Arlington Heights, is seeking a reliable, friendly Part-Time Grille Attendant to join our dining services team. If you enjoy working in a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness of the Village Grille throughout meal service, including proper setup before service and thorough cleaning after service. Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of visible debris. Follow established opening and closing procedures. Greet residents in a polite, professional, and friendly manner. Provide high-quality service to residents, guests, and staff. Utilize a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system for accurate order entry and communication with the kitchen. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food within the Village Grille and for To-Go orders. Assist with catered events as needed. Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Basic computer skills for POS system use Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic Schedule: Part-time morning hours Join our team and help create a welcoming dining experience for our residents and guests!
