Collection of production data and production samples for statistical and quality programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Read and follow recipe(s). * Troubleshoot problems. * Communicate any issues to team lead or supervisor. * Clean equipment after running daily. * Gather and maintain required materials, Roasted beans, super sack, and liners * General housekeeping, removal of trash, clean work area, at start, during and end of the shift. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: * Read and follow recipe(s). * Troubleshoot problems. * Communicate any issues to team lead or supervisor. * Clean equipment after running daily. * Gather and maintain required materials, Roasted beans, super sack, and liners * General housekeeping, removal of trash, clean work area, at start, during and end of the shift. * Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written. * Must be a team player, flexible and have good time management skills. * Must be quality conscious and detail oriented. * Must be able to work overtime or start earlier hours as needed. * Mechanically inclined and understand the production process. * High school graduate or GED. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Work Environment: * Warehouse environment * Wet * Humid * Hot * Physical Requirements: * Able to stand, bend, and stretch while working on machine up to 12 hrs. * Able to relocate and/or lift, up to 75-pound boxes/bags. * Moderate noise level. Responsibilities
