Description Pay Range: $17/hr - $21/hr Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K and PTO after 90 days! Summary: Operates one or more center less grinding machines, in-feed grinders or double discs grinders to grind external surfaces of metal work pieces to blueprint specifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow tooling and operator instructions and quality plans, applies knowledge of grinding procedures Reads blueprint, quality plans, operator instructions and job routing for product specifications, such as dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be ground and tooling instructions Lifts and positions work piece manually and secures between wheels and on work rest Starts machines and observes operation Verifies dimensions of ground work piece for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and preset gauges Dresses wheels Requirements Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities

Operate various grinding machines to shape external surfaces of metal work pieces according to blueprint specifications. Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to quality plans.
