We are seeking a skilled Grinder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various grinding techniques and equipment. As a Grinder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of our products, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Grinder or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.

Work Location: In perso

• Operate grinding machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Perform daily check for machine condition: coolant level, cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during grinding operations.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Setup and operate NC/CNC cylindrical grinding machine to grind parts with tolerance 0.001” or less
• Read and follow job instructions (grinding speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheel) and fill job traveler
• Apply basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations during production.
