Description
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Assist in grinder pump service calls, rebuild grinder pumps and everything pertaining to grinder pump repair and maintenance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •    Works safely and points out safety hazards on job sites and the shop. •    Responds to Grinder Pump alarm calls between the hours of 7:00am – 3:00pm. •    Troubleshoots grinder pump issues and determines appropriate action needed to restore sewer service. •    Performs minor electrical and plumbing work in a safe and efficient manner.  •    Troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds grinder pumps for return to service.  •    Assists others with repairs to breaks in sewer lines. •    Other duties as assigned.  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  •    High School or GED, some college preferred •    1 – 5 years previous electrical and or mechanical experience preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. •    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. REQUIRED LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATES •    Valid TN Driver’s License, CDL a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS •    Walking and standing for extended periods of time. •    Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time (more with assistance) HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE Our goal is to provide excellent guest service to our members, guests, team members and vendors at all times.  Team members are expected to follow company established Hospitality Standards when dealing with others.  Everyone should feel welcome, have a positive and entertaining experience, and be encouraged to return.
