JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grinding Fluid & Slurry Delivery System Engineer/Technician to design, implement, and maintain high-performance fluid delivery systems. This role focuses on pipeline layout design, pump and valve selection, flow/pressure control, and multi-channel liquid supply optimization to support complex manufacturing or polishing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in fluid delivery systems for manufacturing, semiconductor, CMP, or precision machining applications.
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, pressure control, pump/valve sizing, and piping system design.
  • Hands-on experience with slurry systems, abrasive fluids, or chemical delivery infrastructure..

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of chemical compatibility and slurry formulation.
  • Experience with multi-channel liquid distribution systems.
  • Familiarity with international piping and instrumentation standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
  • Cleanroom or high-purity fluid system design experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient pipeline layouts to ensure minimal pressure loss, contamination control, and easy maintenance access.
  • Select appropriate pumps and valves based on fluid properties, required flow rates, and system pressure needs.
  • Develop and implement control strategies for precise and stable management of flow rate and pressure across single and multi-channel fluid systems.
  • Optimize multi-channel slurry and grinding fluid delivery, ensuring uniform distribution, process stability, and system redundancy.
  • Optimize pipeline routing, and carry out system reliability
  • Maintenance involving CIP online cleaning systems, etc.
  • Integrate sensors, flowmeters, and control valves into SCADA/HMI systems for real-time monitoring and automation.
  • Collaborate with process, mechanical, and automation engineers during system development and process optimization.
  • Conduct performance testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives for fluid delivery systems.
  • UPW cleaning with ultrapure water, the influence of grinding fluid on surface roughness, etc.,
  • International standards for semiconductor products
