Description
Grinding Loader/ Operator Union City, OK Red River Brick, a leading brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is hiring a Grinding Loader / Operator for our manufacturing facility in Union City, Oklahoma. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring grinding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to work safely, both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: * Follow all safety rules and procedures * Complete pre-operation checks to ensure equipment starts and runs properly * Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to reduce downtime * Report and document equipment issues to the supervisor * Monitor equipment condition and maintain daily records * Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance * Ensure ground material meets quality standards * Maintain proper material levels * Assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED preferred * At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred * Forklift, loader, or backhoe experience preferred, or willingness to learn * Heavy equipment and belt conveyor experience is a plus * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills * Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with others * Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical work * Flexible schedule availability What We Offer: * Competitive hourly pay * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) * Paid vacation * Stable, long-term employment with an industry-leading manufacturer
