Semiconductor Back End Test / ScanPack operations Analyze, improve, characterize and control processes towards stability, reduce process variances and waste, support production ramp up Support defect characterization, commonality studies and yield improvement initiatives via data analysis Support project managers and senior engineers, and help with various stages of project execution, such as user acceptance test, providing technical support and documentations Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and a proactive approach to challenges Problem solving and communication skills to work with cross functional teams Exposure to basic programming languages like Python for data extraction and analysis.
