Learn Shopfloor Production Management & OJTI in recognizing production process flow across all process stages. Track real-time production progress by studying machine status, KSR WIP report, WIP planning, Cycle Time and Flow Factor Learn on process defects and conduct root cause analysis for process knowledge improvement. Learn automation process flow. Ensure operators adhere strictly to OJTI procedures & standardize best practices across lines and shifts. Background in Engineering or similar Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes How to engage employees and improve line morale & awareness Gain experience in analysing data and learn database management in order to have better analytical knowledge We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
