Description

Responsible for standby operational support for application system running in the production lines across multiple locations and fulfillment of System Operations Stability Key Performance Indicators Perform testing, user training and deployment of factory integration application solutions in a systematic way. Assist senior engineer to perform user requirements engineering for Advance Manufacturing - Auto Load and Unload, Lights Out Factory Assist in analytics and dashboarding projects in operation center Participate and contribute in AI projects for tickets/issues troubleshooting for continuous improvement and operation stability Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Engineering or similar Learn and apply ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework in incident, problem, change and release management Learn collaboration and teamwork with business users across multiple factories Gain manufacturing process domain knowledge and learn the IT System and Application landscape backend factories Learn software tools such as Octane for testing and GenAI Chat GPT for issues troubelshooting Learn to create or enhance operation performance KPI Dashboard using Tableau We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
