We are hiring for a Full-Time Grocery Department Manager with a wage range of $45,000 - $60,000 at our location in Valleyview, AB.

• Lead Grocery Team in merchandising produce items for weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays
• Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
• Schedule Grocery Department Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met
• Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
• Train, develop, and motivate Grocery Department Team Members
• Resolve customer and department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Champion the Freson Bros. brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth
