What you’ll do: Lead the crew, assign tasks, and keep the flow moving Train, coach, and support team members Jump in wherever needed—from stocking to registers Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff and customers Keep things safe, clean, and organized Help with inventory, nightly counts, and promotions Model strong work ethic and teamwork What we’re looking for: Friendly, dependable, and confident leading a team Retail or customer service experience (grocery is a plus!) Great with people and cool under pressure Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Physical Demands: Sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a grocery setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight, up to 50lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
