Reports to the Grocery Manager. Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery and housewares section is working according to Eataly’s standards Oversees the stock team members and delegates tasks Works closely with the grocery manager to oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and product rotation to ensure efficiency Works collaboratively with in-house and corporate marketing teams to design, build, and merchandise displays that drive engagement and sales Records and emails daily shift notes Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of experience in a grocery or retail leadership position Entry-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Great written and verbal communication skills Experience with purchasing, receiving, and inventory management Compensation for this role is $22 - $25 an hour.
