We are looking for a passionate individual with previous food retail experience! The ideal candidate will be able to manage a team consisting of approx. 25 colleagues, while maintaining merchandising standards and inventory levels. Previous experience in labor-intensive environments is preferred, but not necessary, as a comprehensive training program is offered. This is a great opportunity for a driven, hardworking individual looking to expand their skill set and advance in the organization. Being self motivated, and organized will benefit ordering and scheduling to the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an on shelf in stock position
  • Ordering
  • Scheduling
  • Merchandising
  • Opening / Closing the store one day per week
  • Knowledge of produce codes and characteristics.
  • Provide customers with directions to specific items in the store.
  • Restock out-of-stock items.
  • Handle special requests from customers.
  • Answer customers’ questions about the store’s products.
  • Solid background in math and English; functional reading abilities; functional writing abilities; functional speaking abilities; functional listening abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
