QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–4 years of experience in vendor relations, partnerships, category management, or sales—preferably in e-commerce, grocery retail, or marketplaces.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with e-commerce systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Grocery Partnerships Lead to launch and manage our new third-party grocery marketplace. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship with grocery vendors, onboarding them to the platform, managing performance, ensuring content accuracy, and driving sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboarding: Identify, contact, and onboard new grocery vendors to the Toters marketplace.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for third-party grocery partners, building strong relationships and ensuring vendor satisfaction.
  • Catalog & Content Oversight: Coordinate product uploads, pricing, descriptions, and stock accuracy in collaboration with internal catalog/content teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor KPIs (e.g., availability, delivery times, cancellations, ratings) and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Sales Growth: Work with partners to optimize assortments, run promotions, and increase visibility within the app.
  • Compliance: Ensure vendors meet platform standards in terms of service quality, hygiene, pricing fairness, and customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, marketing, finance, and customer support to resolve issues and improve partner performance.
